PATENTS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2010 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 181 OF 2010)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Patents Regulations 1991 to implement changes under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) Rules as agreed by the Assembly of the PCT in October 2009 and to increase and amend the fees IP Australia charges for its services in relation to patent rights.
