repealed.

  2. Regulation 36 of the Overseas Telecommunications Commission Regulations
is amended-
  (a)  by omitting from sub-regulation (4) "Fifty pounds" and substituting
"$100"; and
  (b)  by omitting from sub-regulation (6) "Fifty pounds" and substituting
"$100".
