1.   Commencement


  1.1   Subregulations 4.1, 4.5, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5, 6.6 and 6.7 commence on
the commencement of Part 4 of the Australian and Overseas Telecommunications
Corporation Act 1991. (NOTE:  The remainder of these Regulations commence on
gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s.48.)

2.   Amendment


  2.1   The Ombudsman Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

  3.1   Omit the Schedule, substitute:

  4.1   After:
  "Anutech Pty Limited", insert:
  "Australian and Overseas Telecommunications Corporation Limited".
  4.2   Omit "Australian Bicentennial Authority".
  4.3   Omit "Commonwealth Accommodation and Catering Services Limited".
  4.4   After:
  "Law Courts Limited", insert:
  "National Health and Medical Research Council".
  4.5   Omit "OTC Limited".
