1982 No. 63 OMBUDSMAN REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Regulation 7 of the Ombudsman Regulations is repealed and the following
regulation substituted: Allowances

"7. For the purposes of sub-section 24 (2) of the Act, the following
allowances are prescribed, namely:

   (a)  in relation to the Ombudsman-the allowances payable to an officer
        included in the First Division of the Australian Public Service;

   (b)  in relation to a Deputy Ombudsman-the allowances payable to an officer
        included in the Second Division of the Australian Public Service.".
