NATIVE TITLE (PRESCRIBED BODIES CORPORATE) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2011 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 257 OF 2011)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Native Title (Prescribed Bodies Corporate) Regulations 1999 to give effect to some recommendations arising from the ‘Structures and Processes of Prescribed Bodies Corporate’ report, produced by an Inter-Departmental Steering Committee formed as part of a package of reforms to the native title system, announced by the then Attorney-General in September 2005.
