1982 No. 15 NAVIGATION (DISTRESSED SEAMEN) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 5

5. The Schedule to the Navigation (Distressed Seamen) Regulations is amended -
(a) by omitting from Form 1 "Port of registry" and substituting "Home port";
(b) by omitting from Form 3 "Port of Registry" and substituting "Home port";
(c) by omitting from Form 3 "Port of registry" and substituting "Home port or
Port of registry"; and
(d) by omitting from Form 4 "Port of registry" and substituting "Home port".
