NAVIGATION (SUPPLEMENTARY) REGULATIONS AMENDMENT 1979

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           
Regulation 1A of the Navigation (Supplementary) Regulations is repealed and
           the following Regulation is substituted:
           
Act applies to certain ships
           
 "1A. For the purposes of paragraph 2 (1) (d) of the Navigation Act
           1912, each of the following is a prescribed class of ships:
           

           
(a)
ships managed and operated by the Department of Transport, other than
           ships used in the provision of aerodrome rescue and emergency services;

           
(b)
ships managed and operated by the Australian Maritime College.".
