1982 No. 9 NAVIGATION (CARGO-HAZARDS PREVENTION) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3. Regulation 23 of the Navigation (Cargo - Hazards Prevention) Regulations is
amended -

   (a)  by omitting from sub-regulation (1) "registered in Australia or of a
        tanker licensed to engage in the coasting trade" and substituting
        "that is a ship to which Part II of the Navigation Act 1912 applies";
        and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-regulation (2) "registered in Australia or of a
        tanker licensed to engage in the coasting trade" and substituting
        "that is a ship to which Part II of the Navigation Act 1912 applies".
