1987 No. 66 NAVIGATION (PROTECTION OF THE SEA) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

Service of notice-subsections 267K (1) and 267Y (1) of the Act

3. Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from subregulation (1) "sub-section 267K (1)" and
        substituting "subsections 267K (1) and 267Y (1)"; and
(b) by omitting from subregulation (2) "sub-section 267K (1)" and "appears to
be" and substituting "subsections 267K (1) and 267Y (1)" and "is, or is
reasonably believed to be," respectively.
