Principal Regulations


  1. In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Navigation
(Protection of the Sea) Regulations.

Service of notice-subsections 267D (6) and (7) and 267S (6) and (7) of the
Act


  2. Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended:
  (a)  by omitting from subregulation (1) "sub-sections 267D (6) and (7)" and
substituting "subsections 267D (6) and (7) and 267S (6) and (7)";
  (b)  by omitting from subregulation (2) "sub-sections 267D (6) and (7)" and
substituting "subsections 267D (6) and (7) and 267S (6) and (7)"; and
  (c)  by omitting from subregulation (3) "sub-sections 267D (6) and (7)" and
"appears to be" and substituting "subsections 267D (6) and (7) and 267S (6)
and (7)" and "is, or is reasonably believed to be," respectively.

Service of notice-subsections 267K (1) and 267Y (1) of the Act


  3. Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is amended:
  (a)  by omitting from subregulation (1) "sub-section 267K (1)" and
substituting "subsections 267K (1) and 267Y (1)"; and
  (b)  by omitting from subregulation (2) "sub-section 267K (1)" and "appears
to be" and substituting "subsections 267K (1) and 267Y (1)" and "is, or is
reasonably believed to be," respectively.
