NATIONAL HEALTH REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1998 No. 73 - REG 3

3.1 Omit the regulation, substitute: Prescribed diseases

"6. For paragraph 9B (d) of the Act, the following diseases are prescribed as
diseases for which vaccines may be provided:

   (a)  diphtheria;

   (b)  Haemophilus influenzae type B;

   (c)  hepatitis B;

   (d)  influenza;

   (e)  Japanese Encephalitis;

   (f)  pertussis;

   (g)  pneumococcal disease;

   (h)  tetanus.".
