1993 No. 261 NATIONAL HEALTH REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2.1 Omit "are", substitute "is".
2.2 Add at the end:

"(2) For the purposes of paragraph (d) of the definition of "day hospital
facility" in subsection 4 (1) of the Act, the following premises are
prescribed:

   (a)  the premises known as the Tweed Heads Medical Centre and situated at
        127 Wharf Street, Tweed Heads, New South Wales.".
