1.   Amendment


  1.1   The National Health Regulations are amended as set out in these
Regulations.

2.   New Part 2


  2.1   After Part 1, insert:
          "PART  2-ADJUSTED FEE GOVERNMENT NURSING HOMES
Prescribed nursing homes
  "5. For the purposes of section 4AAAA of the Act, the following nursing home
is prescribed:
  Ian Brand Nursing Home, Plenty Road, Bundoora, Victoria.".

  3.1   Schedule 3 to the Act is amended by omitting item 5.
