1991 No. 262 NATIONAL HEALTH REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

  2.1   Paragraph 48 (1) (b):
Add at the end:

"(vi) an event occurring while the person:

                (A)  is attending at a place for the purpose of undergoing
                     unemployed training under the program known as
                     'SkillShare' administered by the Department of
                     Employment, Education and Training; or

                (B)  is travelling to a place in order to attend there for
                     that purpose, or from a place after having attended there
                     for that purpose.".
