  After regulation 28A of the National Health Regulations the following
regulation is inserted in Part VIII:
Prescribed qualifications for the purposes of sub-section 43A (3) of the Act
  "28B. For the purposes of sub-section 43A (3) of the Act, the prescribed
qualifications are registration as a company auditor in a State or
Territory.".
