3. Regulation 5 (Interpretation)
3.1 Subregulation 5 (1) (definition of "authorised prescription"): Omit
'authorised prescription', substitute 'authority prescription'.
3.2 Subregulation 5 (1):
After the definition of "public hospital authority", insert:
" 'ready-prepared pharmaceutical benefit' means a pharmaceutical benefit in
respect of which a determination made under subsection 85 (6) of the Act is in
force;".
