8.1 Omit the heading, substitute:
                  "SCHEDULE 7                 Regulations 9AF and 9BA

PRESCRIBED OFFICES FOR THE PURPOSES OF
SUBREGONS 84DA (5) AND 84E (5) OF THE ACT".
