1989 No. 330 NATIONAL HEALTH (PHARMACEUTICAL BENEFITS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 8

8. Regulation 25 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting
subregulation (2) and substituting the following subregulation:

"(2) Where:

   (a)  a prescription directs that a pharmaceutical benefit is to be supplied
        more than once; and

   (b)  the pharmaceutical benefit is supplied (whether or not for the first
        time); the pharmaceutical benefit must not be supplied again (whether
        by the same supplier or by a different supplier) within the period of
        3 days after the day on which it was so supplied.".
