Principal Regulations


  1. In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the National Health
(Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations.

  2. After regulation 9B of the Principal Regulations the following regulation
is inserted:
Prescribed offices for the purposes of subsection 84E (5) of the Act
  "9BA. For the purposes of subsection 84E (5) of the Act, each office
specified in Schedule 7 is a prescribed office.".

  3. The Principal Regulations are amended by adding at the end the following
