Regulation 5 AMENDMENTS OF SCHEDULE 5 TO THE NATIONAL
HEALTH (PHARMACEUTICAL BENEFITS) REGULATIONS

 1.      After item 5 insert the following
item:

 2.      Omit item 6, substitute the
following item:
