- Description:These Regulations amend the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations 1960 to prescribe the implementation detail associated with major reforms to the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme which were given effect through amendments to the National Health Act 1953 that take effect on 1 August 2007.
