NATIONAL HEALTH (PHARMACEUTICALS AND VACCINES -- COST RECOVERY) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2010 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 294 OF 2010)

- Description:These Regulations amend the National Health (Pharmaceuticals and Vaccines - Cost Recovery) Regulations 2009 (the Regulations) relating to amendments made to the Act by Schedule 6 to the National Health Amendment (Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme) Act 2010 by removing the term 'special pharmaceutical product' from the Regualtions in line with this change.
