Commencement


  1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 3 May 1984.

Prescribed rate for the purposes of paragraph 13 (1) (a) of the Act


  2. Regulation 5A of the Nursing Homes Assistance Regulations is amended by
omitting "$83.65" and substituting "$86.80".

Rate for the purposes of paragraph 13 (1) (d) of the Act


  3. Regulation 6 of the Nursing Homes Assistance Regulations is amended by
omitting the table and substituting the following table:
