Schedule 1


  Schedule 1 to the Nursing Homes Assistance Regulations is amended -
  (a) by omitting Part III and substituting the following Part:
                              "Part III - Queensland
  1. Eventide - Wards B and D to H (inclusive) only, Charters Towers.
  2. Eventide - Wards A, B, C, E and F only, Rockhampton.
  3. Eventide - Wards 30, 31, 32, 34, 35, 36, 38, 40 to 46 (inclusive), 48,
49,
  50 and Nursing
  Care Unit only, Sandgate.
  4. Farrhome Nursing Care Unit, Kingaroy.
  5. Halwyn Intellectually Handicapped Persons Centre, Red Hill.
  6. Hervey Bay Nursing Home, Hervey Bay.
  7. Jubilee Garden Settlement - Wards 2 to 5 (inclusive) and Flynn and
  Chatfield Wards
  only, Dalby.
  8. Jubilee Nursing Home, Dalby.
  9. Maryborough Hospital - Disabled Children's Ward only, Maryborough.

  14. Redcliffe Hospital Nursing Home Annex - Wards 1 to 12 (inclusive) only,
  Redcliffe.
  15. Repatriation Hospital, Kenmore.
  16. Rockhampton Base Hosptial - Intellectually Handicapped Unit only,
  Rockhampton.
  17. The Prince Charles Hospital - Wards C1, C2, C5, C6 and C7 only,
Chermside. 
  18. Townsville Nursing Home, Townsville.
  19. Westhaven Nursing Care Unit, Roma.
  20. Westwood Hospital - Wards 1 to 7 (inclusive) only, Westwood via
  Rockhampton.
  21. Weinholt Nursing Care Unit, Wondai.";
  (b) by omitting item 4 in Part IV and substituting the following item:
  "4. Royal Adelaide Hospital - Hampstead Centre - Ward C in Block 1 and Wards
A 
  to D
  (inclusive) in Block 2 only, Northfield.";
  (c) by omitting item 3 in Part VI and substituting the following item:
  "3. Spencer Nursing Home, Wynyard."; and
  (d) by omitting Part VIII and substituting the following Part:
                          "Part VIII - Northern Territory
  1. Hetti Perkins Nursing Home, Alice Springs.
  2. The Harry Chan Nursing Home, Darwin.".
