1. Amendment


  1.1 The National Gallery Regulations are amended as set out in these
Regulations.
(NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act
1901, s. 48.)

2. Regulation 4 (Entry charge)


  2.1 Subparagraph  4 (2) (c):
Omit the subparagraph, substitute:
  "(c) a person who is in receipt of:
    (i) a pension payable under Part 2.2, Part 2.3, Part 2.4, Part
2.5, Part 2.6 or Part 2.8, an allowance payable under Part 2.7, Part 2.11 or
Part 2.12, or a benefit payable under Part 2.14, of the Social Security Act
1991; or
    (ii) a pension or an allowance payable under Part II, Part III or
Part IV of the Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986; or
    (iii) an allowance payable under Part 8 of the Student and Youth
Assistance Act 1973;".
