1984 No. 61 NAVAL FINANCIAL REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Regulation 274 of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended by inserting the
following sub-regulation after sub-regulation (1):

"(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of sub-regulation (1), a member shall not
be entitled to an allowance under regulation 196 of these Regulations in
respect of travel in his own vehicle, in a vehicle that has been lent to him
or in a hired vehicle on a journey for which he is entitled to Attendance
Allowance under Determination 0499, Attendance Allowance, made under section
58B of the Defence Act 1903.".
