Technical Officer's Writer allowance


  1. Regulation 40 of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended-
    (a)  by omitting " the Air Electrical Branch, " and " the Electrical
Branch or "; and
    (b)  by inserting " or the Weapons Electrical Engineering Branch " after "
the Marine Engineering Branch ".

misconduct


  2. Regulation 132A of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended by omitting
from sub-regulation (3) " pay " and substituting " salary ".

  3. Regulation 159 of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended by omitting
from sub-regulation (1) " Division " (wherever occurring) and substituting "
