- Description:These Regulations amend the National Consumer Credit Protection (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Regulations 2010 to give the Australian Securities and Investments Commission enforcement powers over carried over instruments from 1 July 2010, and to give the Courts power to make orders in relation to carried over instruments from that date.
