Application


  1. Regulation 4 of the Navigation (Deck Cargo and Livestock) Regulations is
amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1) "British or foreign" and
substituting "including ships to which Part II of the Navigation Act 1912 does
not apply".

Commencement


  2. Regulation 1 shall come into operation on 26 January 1982.
