  2.1   After regulation 2, insert:

Definition of "eligible industry body"-subsection 3 (1) of the Act

"2A. For the purposes of paragraph (d) of the definition of 'eligible industry
body' in subsection 3 (1) of the Act, the Meat and Allied Trades Federation of
Australia is prescribed for the purposes of subsections 30 (6) and 35 (3) of
the Act. Power to enter into contracts for the purchase of property

"2B. For the purposes of subsection 7 (3) of the Act, $3,000,000 is
prescribed.".
