1995 No. 38 MIGRATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 73

73.1 Despite the omission and substitution of regulation 4.23 by regulation
19, regulation 4.23 as in force before the commencement of these Regulations
continues to apply to applications for a Long Stay (Visitor) (Class TN) or
Short Stay (Visitor) (Class TR) visa made before the commencement of these
Regulations.
