1991 No. 60 MIGRATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 39

  39.1   After regulation 201, insert:
Fee on application under paragraph 40 (1) (p)

"202. Despite any other provision in these Regulations, no fee is payable on
application for an entry permit if the application is made:

   (a)  in consequence of the applicant having received a notice referred to
        in paragraph 40 (1) (s); and

   (b)  not later than the expiry of 7 working days after the day on which the
        applicant received the notice.".
