1. Amendment


  1.1 The Maintenance Orders (Commonwealth Officers) Regulations are amended
as set out in these Regulations.
(NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act
1901, s. 48.)

2. Regulation 5 (Modification of laws of a State or Territory)


  2.1 Paragraph 5 (2) (b):
Omit the paragraph, substitute:
  "(b) moneys payable to a person under the Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986 or
taken to be payable under that Act because of Division 2 of Part 3 of the
Veterans' Affairs (1994-95 Budget Measures) Legislation Amendment Act 1994.".
