Citation


  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Marine Navigation Levy Regulations.

Commencement


  2. These Regulations commence on 1 July 1991.

Interpretation


  3. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:
"Act" means the Marine Navigation Levy Act 1989.

Amount of levy


  4. (1)  For the purposes of paragraph 7 (2)(a) of the Act, 59 cents is
prescribed.
 (2) For the purposes of paragraph 7 (2)(b) of the Act, 50 cents is
prescribed.
 (3) For the purposes of paragraph 7 (2)(c) of the Act, 40 cents is
prescribed.
 (4) For the purposes of paragraph 7 (2)(d) of the Act, 31 cents is
prescribed.
