1. Amendment


  1.1 The Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations are amended as
set out in these Regulations.

  2.1 Before item 1, insert:
"1A Australian Defence Industries Ltd.".

3. Application


  3.1 The amendment made by subregulation 2.1 has effect in relation to
Australian Defence Industries Ltd. as if the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth
Employees) Regulations as amended by these Regulations had effect on and from
3 May 1989.
