Principal Regulations


  1. In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Maternity Leave
(Commonwealth Employees) Regulations.

Prescribed authorities


  2. Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting
paragraphs (c) and (d) and substituting the following paragraph:
     (c) a company specified in column 2 of an item in Schedule 2A is
declared to be a body corporate;".

Prescribed persons


  3. Regulation 6 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from
paragraph (a) "or an unincorporated body referred to in paragraph 4 (a), (b)
or (c)" and substituting ", an unincorporated body or a company referred to in
regulation 4".
