1989 No. 148 MATERNITY LEAVE (COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYEES) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 6

6. Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations is amended by adding at the end the
following items:

"68 A person who is an officer or employee of ANL Limited on 1 July 1989 and
who, immediately preceding that day, was a member, or a member of the staff,
of the Australian Shipping Commission
69 A person who is an officer or employee of SMEC Limited on 1 July 1989 and
who, immediately preceding that day constituted, or was a member of the staff,
of the Snowy Mountains Engineering Corporation".
