Commencement


  1. These Regulations commence on the date of commencement of section 11 of
the OTC (Conversion into Public Company) Act 1988.

Prescribed authorities


  2. Regulation 4 of the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations
is amended:
  (a)  by omitting "and" from paragraph (a); and
  (b)  by inserting after paragraph (b) the following word and paragraph:
     "; and (c)  OTC Limited is declared to be a body corporate;".
