1982 No. 163 MATERNITY LEAVE (COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYEES) REGULATIONS - REG 6

6. For the purposes of paragraph 5 (1) (b) of the Act-

   (a)  a person who constitutes, or is a member of, or a person employed by,
        a body corporate or an unincorporated body referred to in regulation
        4; or

   (b)  a person specified in column 2 of Schedule 3 in an item in that
        Schedule, is a prescribed person.
