- Description:These Regulations amend the Medical Indemnity (Run-off Cover Support Payment) Regulations 2004 to repeal subregulation 7(2) and makes new regulations under paragraph 7(2)(c) of the Medical Indemnity (Run-off Cover Support Payment) Act 2004 to clarify how a medical indemnity insurer is to calculate its premium income for a period.
