  1. Regulation 149A of the Military Financial Regulations is repealed.

  2. This Interim Determination shall take effect on the day on which
Determination 2002, Loss on Sale of Motor Vehicle on Posting Overseas, is made
under section 58B of the Defence Act 1903.
