Education Allowance


  1. Regulation 131 of the Military Financial Regulations is amended by adding
at the end of sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (5) "other
than a case provided for by Determination 0501, Education Allowance, made
under section 58B of the Defence Act 1903".

Application


  2. The Military Financial Regulations as amended by this Determination apply
in relation to payment of Education Allowance in respect of a child placed at
a secondary school in a locality of expected posting on and after 1 January
1979.
