1980 No. 56 MILITARY FINANCIAL REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Tropical allowance 
Regulation 36 of the Military Financial Regulations is amended by adding at
the end thereof the following sub-regulation:

"(3) This regulation shall not have effect while Determination 0207, Hot
Conditions Allowance made under section 58B of the Defence Act 1903, is in
force.".
