1992 No. 367 MIGRATION (1993) REGULATIONS - REG 1.13

1.13. (1) A person is taken to have vocational proficiency in English if the
person has the ability to speak English in any situation, and to write English
in any context.

(2) The Minister may publish by Gazette Notice a list of occupations requiring
vocational proficiency in English.
