Commencement


  1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 May 1986.

Principal Regulations


  2. In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Live-stock
Slaughter Levy Regulations.

Amount per head of cattle slaughtered


  3. Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is amended-
  (a)  by omitting from sub-regulation (2) "50" and substituting "75"; and
  (b)  by omitting sub-regulation (3).

Amount per head of sheep slaughtered


  4. Regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations is amended-
  (a)  by omitting from sub-regulation (2) "5" and substituting "7.5"; and
  (b)  by omitting sub-regulation (3).

  5. Regulation 6 of the Principal Regulations is amended-
  (a)  by omitting from sub-regulation (2) "5" and substituting "7.5"; and
  (b)  by omitting sub-regulation (3).

  6. Regulation 6a of the Principal Regulations is amended-
  (a)  by omitting from sub-regulation (2) "50" and substituting "75"; and
  (b)  by omitting sub-regulation (3).

  7. Regulation 7 of the Principal Regulations is amended-
  (a)  by omitting from sub-regulation (2) "5" and substituting "7.5"; and

  8. Regulation 8 of the Principal Regulations is amended-
  (a)  by omitting from sub-regulation (2) "13" and substituting "20"; and
  (b)  by omitting sub-regulation (3).

  9. Regulation 9 of the Principal Regulations is amended-
  (a)  by omitting from sub-regulation (2) "3.5" and substituting "5.5"; and
  (b)  by omitting sub-regulation (3).
