  1.1 These Regulations commence on the date of commencement of the 
Retirement Savings Accounts Act 1997.

  2.1 The Life Insurance Regulations are amended as set out in these 
Regulations.

  3.1 Regulation 13.02:
Add at the end:
  "; (c) an RSA (within the meaning of the Retirement Savings Accounts
