Citation


  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Laying Chicken Levy Regulations.

Interpretation


  2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears, "the Act"
means the Laying Chicken Levy Act 1988.

Prescribed amount


  3. For the purposes of section 7 of the Act, the amount of 5.75 cents is
prescribed.
