2.1 Add at the end:

  33  Not exceeding 1600    Not exceeding 800        48.1

  34  Exceeding 1600 but    Exceeding 800 but not    54.5

      not exceeding 2000    exceeding 1000

  35  Exceeding 2000 but    Exceeding 1000 but not   56.2

      not exceeding 3000    exceeding 1500

  36  Exceeding 3000        Exceeding 1500           58.8".
