INCOME TAX AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2006 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 59 OF 2006)

- Description:These regulations amend the Income Tax Regulations 1936 to prescribe duty on Operation Palate II as eligible duty and terminate duty on Operation Palate as eligible duty. A full tax exemption is provided to Australian Defence Force members on eligible duty.
