1994 No. 79 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 12

12.1 Regulation 14A of the Industrial Relations Regulations, as in force
immediately before the commencement day, continues to have effect in relation
to an application for certification of an agreement to which subparagraph 35
(2) (c) (ii) of the Industrial Relations Reform Act 1993 applies as if these
Regulations had not been enacted.

12.2 In subregulation 12.1 "commencement day" has the meaning given to it by
subsection 35 (1) of the Industrial Relations Reform Act 1993.
